Desert of Dementia is a area. It is the arena of The Enslaver.

Since version 3.9.0 it is in the same instance with the parent map, which the arena is also affected by map mod. In the Social UI, it also displays the name of the parent map area only, instead of the Desert of Dementia.

Layouts

The arenas have 3 stages. At around 2/3 and 1/3 health of the Enslaver, the Elder will teleport the Enslaver and the player character to a new arena, all eclipse in shape.

The 2 stages version is retired from the game.

Version	Changes
3.9.0	The Atlas has been completely reworked. There's a new storyline, new boss encounters and new ways to customise your Atlas. The Elder, Shaper, and combined Elder and Shaper encounters can still be accessed. If you're lucky, Zana may offer a Shaper or Elder guardian's map! Elder Guardians are no longer in a separate instance to that of their map.
