After killing Lunaris and Solaris, exiles comes to the Blood aqueduct that once was the Aqueduct with clean water, now it's filled with blood. Once we reach Highgate, we see that the water has turned into blood, the Belly of the beast has been openned by someone and it's blood come across the mountain to highgate. If we ask people of Highgate , they said to us that Kira( The ancient Armor/ Vendor npc of act 4) has become crazy and kidnapped Oyun. Someone of Highgate asking us to found Kira and save Oyun, but we killed Kira that worked for the god Garukhan but didn't save Oyun from the ritual. Once we kill Garukhan, Sekhema's Feather drops, if we go to town, we have to chose if Irasha or Tasuna will rule Highgate.
