Walkthrough
The Immortal Syndicate is a tutorial quest for Betrayal mechanic, which is a master mission. The place that the Immortal Syndicate member to spawn, usually located in the Vastiri Desert of Act 9. However, there is a random chance that the member spawn before the player reaching that area, and instead spawn on the Descent for example.
When encountering the member, break the fortress wall, kill the healing totems, or just dps down the member. Click the icon that floating on the defeated member head, to choose an option (e.g. bargain or interrogate or release for example), to end this quest.
