After killing Lunaris and Solaris, exiles comes to the Blood Aqueduct that once was the Aqueduct with clean water, now it's filled with blood. Once we reach Highgate, we see that the water has turned into blood, the belly of the beast has been opened by someone and its blood has come across the mountain to Highgate. When asking the people of Highgate, they say that Kira (The Ancient Armor/Vendor NPC of Act 4) has become crazy and kidnapped Oyun. Someone in Highgate has asked us to find Kira and save Oyun. Upon finding Kira, she is already possessed by the god, Garukhan, and Oyun has succumbed to the ritual. Once we kill Garukhan, Sekhema's Feather drops. Returning Sekhema's Feather to Highgate, we have the choice if Irasha or Tasuna will rule Highgate.
