Trauma Support is a support gem which causes strike attack skills to grant stacks of Trauma on hit which causes attacks to deal added Physical Damage, but also inflicts escalating amounts of physical damage.

Trauma Support can only be used with Axes, Maces, Sceptres or Staves. Trauma Support cannot support totems or minions.[1]
