Gruthkul, Mother of Despair is a unique monster located in the Den of Despair inside The Dread Thicket in Act 7.
Mechanics
Gruthkul uses the following skills:
- Roar - Channels and fires 5 physical projectiles from random positions and adds another projectile per 25% life lost.
- Upheaval - Upheave the ground beneath the character, dealing physical damage over time.
- Gruthkul's Despair - Casts a large nova of debuff around Gruthkul per 10% lost life.
- Slam - Gruthkul rears and then slams the ground in front with the forelegs
