Hyperboreus has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced. Drops from interrogated Safehouse leaders in Transportation Safehouses. Only obtainable from Safehouses of area level 78 or higher.

The un-veiled modifier on the pre-3.14 legacy variants are crafted modifiers. Crafted modifiers can be removed from the item by using the crafting bench. However, player CANNOT craft any modifier back on to the item, effectively bricking it.

The crafted modifiers unveiled during Betrayal league have more tiers than the current variant, as well as mods that no longer exist after Betrayal went core as one of the Master atlas mission.

The current non-Crafting Bench versions of veiled modifiers have a mod value range similar or better to the pre-3.14 version of top tier crafted unveiled modifier. Instead, the top tier crafted unveiled mod has numeric change (mostly nerf and some buff). Using Divine OrbDivine OrbStack Size: 20Randomises the values of the random modifiers on an itemRight click this item then left click a magic, rare or unique item to apply it. on legacy variants, may reduce (or sometimes increase) the mod value to the current range. For Hyperboreus, the hybrid Strength/ Dexterity /Intelligence mod as well as Regenerate # Energy Shield per second while a Rare or Unique Enemy is Nearby all received an upwards adjustment, while other mod unchanged.

Post 3.14 / pre-3.17 non-Crafting Bench un-veiled modded Hyperboreus has one more legacy mod that not exist in other versions: Flasks applied to you have (15-18)% increased Effect
33% reduced Flask Charges gained
. There is another legacy mod Regenerate 3% of Life per second during any Flask Effect which has crafted mod equivalent in the pre-3.14 legacy items. This mod is removed in 3.16 but not documented in the patch notes.
