Garukhan, Queen of the Winds is a minor pantheon god and optional boss in Act 9 found in a side area of The Quarry.
Quest
Garukhan must be defeated to complete The Ruler of Highgate, which awards the player with 1 passive skill point.
Strategy
As Garukhan is damaged she will summon twisters and storms to the arena. At 2/3rds and 1/3rd life she will disappear and summon Sand Goliaths, Sand Warriors and Kira.
