The Mud Flats is a zone in Act 1. This zone has a waypoint and is connected to The Coast, The Fetid Pool, and The Lower Submerged Passage.
The area has three Rhoa Nests that contain the quest items 
Roseus GlyphRoseus GlyphIts pleasing sheen remains even in shadow,
as if it were somehow lit from within.
