Blood Worm is a monster found in the arena of Malachai, The Nightmare, and his/its map variant. It can also be found in monster that possessed by Deadhand Talisman (which Talisman league is not added to core and only able to find Talisman-possessed monster in Delve). The worm is also looks similar to the worm from The Writhing JarThe Writhing Jar
