Blood Worm is a monster found in the arena of Malachai, The Nightmare, and his/its map variant Eater of Souls. It can also be found in monster that possessed by Deadhand Talisman (which Talisman league is not added to core and only able to find Talisman-possessed monster in Talisman node of the Delve). The worm is also looks similar to the Writhing Worm from The Writhing JarThe Writhing Jar
