The Mud Flats is a area in Act 1. This area has a waypoint and is connected to The Coast, The Fetid Pool, and The Lower Submerged Passage.
The area has three Rhoa Nests that contain the quest items

as if it were somehow lit from within.

Ammonite GlyphAmmonite GlyphWhen put to the ear it whispers not of
the sea, but long dead incantations.
