Otesha, the Giantslayer is one the leaders of the Mutewind warband. The leaders are randomly selected as the map boss of Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Iceberg Map".

It may be possible to encounter him in some Mutewind-related nodes in the Azurite Mine (Delve), as well as the encounter of the unique Strongbox Mutewind Cache. If Kirac offers Warband as crafted map mod, he may be also able to be encounter in map other than via strongbox.
