According to the datamined value, this version is much weaker than the Fireball that is used by Prayer Guard and Solar Guard.

Some variants of Solar Elemental does not even use Fireball and instead just have default melee attack. Thus, when summoning this as spectre (despite it is much weaker than Solar Guard), player need to make sure to summon the right variant, or observes carefully and then kite a Solar Elemental that fires Fireball to a safe location to be kill and spectred.
