Shakari, Queen of the Sands is a minor pantheon goddess and optional boss in Act 9 found in a side area of The Quarry. She is the daughter of Garukhan, Queen of the Winds and Sin.
Quest
Shakari must be defeated to complete Queen of the Sands, which awards the player with 1 passive skill point.
