He is one of the Renegades warband which deals chaos damage so that it can also spawn elsewhere that warband can spawn, such as Renegades Cache or specific Azurite Mine node.

Morgrants uses a monster-only variant of Weapon Throw skill (WbChaosLeaderThrownWeapon) that triggers Storm Call, Flame Call and Frost Call on hit with a short cooldown.

Patch 3.17.2 added a cooldown on the proc rate of the triggers, now Morgrants should no longer be able to proc billions of damage to summoners due to each minion proccing the triggers on every hit.
