Voidstone grants Maps Dropped in Areas have 25% chance to be 1 tier higher. This modifier stacks additively with similar modifiers from the Atlas Passive Tree; if the chance exceeds 100%, the extraneous chance instead applies to chance to be 2 tiers higher, and so on.[1]
