Host Chieftain is a type of ape chieftain. The name "Host" probably refers to the ape has been infested with parasite.

The monster probably an infested Blood Chieftain, which Blood Chieftains are absent in their Act 2 habitat The Southern Forest when the player entered that area in Act 6.

Since Host Chieftain can also be found in the same areas as Stygian Silverback and Carnage Chieftain, Host Chieftain probably an infested variant of those chieftains as well.
