Piety, the Abomination is a unique monster located in The Belly of the Beast Level 2.

Abilities

This version of Piety deals physical and lightning damage with lots of area of effect and a powerful beam ability that rotates clockwise. The beam is her most dangerous ability. It always spins three times and then she continues to perform other actions. The beam can be avoided by running around her, staying close. If it hits the player it will inflict Corrupted Blood debuff, which can be removed with a flask of Staunchingof Staunching

Grants Immunity to Bleeding for 4 seconds if used while Bleeding
Grants Immunity to Corrupted Blood for 4 seconds if used while affected by Corrupted Blood if required. It can be blocked with spell block.

Base radius is (0.01-0.2) metresPlace into an item socket of the right colour to gain this skill. Right click to remove from a socket. that stays on one location after travelling a certain distance. Occasionally, monsters spawn around her and she may use melee attacks.

Piety has no health regeneration and if the player dies there is a nearby checkpoint to respawn at just outside the door. Keep going at it again until she's defeated.
