Unaffected notable passive skill mod are not listed in above table. Since the lifetime of the some of the passive skills are not overlapped in terms of release and retired date, there may be some combo that is not possible to obtain.
Other example such as double Evil Eye. Since version 3.20.0 removed Inevitable Doom and existing item with that passive, would grant Evil Eye instead, a Megalomaniac that have double Evil Eye roll (as one of the mod was "Inevitable Doom") can only be obtained in permanent leagues.
