In specific, the magic or rare jewel must have enchantments Added Small Passive Skills grant: 3% increased effect of Non-Curse Auras from your Skills, Added Small Passive Skills grant: Minions deal 10% increased Damage while you are affected by a Herald or Added Small Passive Skills grant: 10% increased Damage while affected by a Herald.
