Heraldry is a notable passive skill only found on a Medium Cluster JewelMedium Cluster JewelPlace into an allocated Medium or Large Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Added passives do not interact with jewel radiuses. Right click to remove from the Socket. that has the enchantment: Added Small Passive Skills grant: 10% increased Damage while affected by a Herald or Added [...] grant: Minions deal 10% increased Damage while you are affected by a Herald, or a which has 3 random notables.
