With any Herald skill, the notable also increases the damage of your minion, including Agony Crawler from aforementioned Herald of Agony, or other minions from other minion skills.

The notable only appears/craftable on a Medium Cluster JewelMedium Cluster JewelPlace into an allocated Medium or Large Jewel Socket on the Passive Skill Tree. Added passives do not interact with jewel radiuses. Right click to remove from the Socket.. Either it is non-unique rarity and has the enchantment: Added Small Passive Skills grant: Minions deal 10% increased Damage while you are affected by a Herald, or a which drops as a corrupted item and has 3 random cluster jewel notable passives.
