The Last to Die and the Scourge mechanism are not added to the core game; only the Scourge monster replaced the original Beyond demon as the new Beyond monsters
The Last to Die is a NPC introduced in Scourge league. She first appears to give players the Blood Crucible. Afterwards, she can be found in any town or in the player's hideout.
She can reset Blood Crucible passives for 10
