Skills
The boss uses a skill that creates a ground effect 
Blood Purge that deals physical damage over time.
Its clones cast another stackable debuff Blood Ritual, which also deals physical damage over time. Killing the clones removes the debuff.
The boss also applies 
Debilitate as well as 
Corrupted Blood debuffs.
