3.13.1c	The Shadow Councillor clones summoned by the Crimson Township Map boss have been visually updated to make it easier to see when they appear. The Crimson Township Map boss now summons Shadow Councillor clones at a reduced frequency. The Blood Ritual debuff in the Crimson Township Map boss encounter now stacks up after a small delay, if re-entering the encounter after dying or leaving.
