Effigy of Virulent Undeath is the unique boss of the skeleton (as subset of physical damage) tileset of The Lake of Kalandra. It is similar to the Act 1 unique monster Ironpoint the Forsaken. However, this version resists not just lightning but all types of elemental damage, as well as chaos damage, making it more likely to be based off of Nightsight.
