Modifiers

The Effect of Chill on you is reversed will cause the action speed reduction from chill to become an increase instead. Because proxies do not inherit your global stats, this modifier does not affect chilled totems or mirages, which will be slowed normally.

One method to chill yourself is by using any source of physical damage taken as cold together with Heartbound LoopHeartbound Loop

If using Soul of the Brine King, avoid unlocking the 50% reduced Effect of Chill on you effect as this reduces the benefit of reverse chill. If already upgraded, it can be toggled off on a specific character by capturing the upgrade soul again.
