Mechanics
- Heartbound Loop's unique effect causes the player to take secondary damage,[1] and as such it cannot be evaded, blocked, spell blocked, dodged, or spell dodged. Damage taken due to this item is reduced by physical damage reduction, including armour.
- Equipping two Heartbound Loops will make you take 700 physical damage as a single hit.
