Counts as all One Handed Melee Weapon Types Varunastra is considered to be all one-handed melee weapon types: sword, axe, claw, dagger, and mace. There are two ways in which this impacts the game mechanics:

This is especially relevant for passive skills that grant multiple bonuses, each restricted by different weapon types. For example, the cluster jewel with Added Small Passive Skills grant: Sword Attacks deal 12% increased Damage with Hits and Ailments and Added Small Passive Skills grant: Axe Attacks deal 12% increased Damage with Hits and Ailments will cause each passive node to give 24% increased damage total. However, this does not apply to effects where multiple weapon types are stated in the same line, such as x% increased Physical Damage with Axes or Swords.
