Mechanics

Rare Focused Amulets can have a maximum of 2 prefixes and 1 suffix. Note that the -1 Prefix/-2 Suffix modifiers apply to the natural limits of an item's rarity; magic Focused Amulets are unable to have any modifiers as the limit of 2 modifiers are reduced to 0.
