To encounter the Infinite Hunger, the player must progress through the Eater of Worlds' questline to obtain a quest version to allow access to the Seething Chyme.
Players must use the in their map device to fight The Infinite Hunger. The invitation drops after progressing through the Infinite Hunger's questline.

Afterwards, tradeable versions of the can drop in the 14th (or 28 +14, 28+28+14 and so on) T14+ Map influenced by the Eater of Worlds after the player has finished the questline

Note that the tradeable version is area level 83, the quest version may a bit easier.
Tips
* When the Infinite Hunger drags you under (teleporting you to a very large area that gradually stacks an unlimited, permanent amount of Corrosive Hunger debuff while inside - each stack reducing 1% physical damage reduction and chance to evade attack per stack), follow the direction of the flowing goo to head to the portal back to the arena.
After finishing the The Eater of Worlds (quest) quest, tradeable versions of the will drop by the boss in the 14th T14+ Map which is influenced by the Eater of Worlds. This can be repeated every subsequent 28 maps.
**Standing on the islands will prevent you from taking damage; stepping into the ooze will inflict the Digestive Acid debuff which deals Physical and Chaos DOT, and reduces movement speed.

Attacks and Spells
The arena is called Polaric Void.  Note that the quest invitation will open area level 79 and the repeatable and tradable version will open area level 83.
