All version has an explode on death skill (internal id: DeathExplodeIceElemental)[1][2][3][4]

Only the boss minions have cyclone skill (internal id: IceElementalIceCyclone),[2][3]

Monster types

All versions of Volatile Ice are ice golem (also known for internal name "ice elemental"). The versions have their own internal monster types that govern the monster scaling and other internal coding: "IceElemental"[1][2][3] and "IceElementalDelve"[4] respectively.
