Dread Banner is a banner aura skill. After gaining Valour from melee combat, it can be activated, consuming all Valour and placing a banner that buffs the user and allies within an area with additional chance to block attack damage and life gain on block. The effect of the aura is multiplied based on the amount of Valour consumed.

Provides 5% more Area of Effect and 5% more Aura effect per Valour consumed at gem level 1, both scaling up to 10% at gem level 20. Banner grants +4% Chance to Block Attack Damage to You and Allies. The Banner also causes you and Allies to Recover 9 Life when Blocking at gem level 1, scaling up to 34 at gem level 20. Now has a Mana cost of 15 at gem level 1, and 19 at gem level 20.
3.16.0	Dread Banner now grants +10 to maximum Fortification for 0.05 seconds per Stage when placed. It no longer grants 1% increased Fortify Effect per Stage.
