Morgrants uses a monster-only variant of Spectral Throw that triggers Storm Call, Flame Call and Frost Call on hit with a short cooldown.

Patch 3.17.2 added a cooldown on the proc rate of the triggers, now Morgrants should no longer be able to proc billions of damage to summoners due to each minion proccing the triggers on every hit.
