Chaos Sentinel is an enemy Golem which can emerge from the walls of mine areas when Pocked Miners or Pocked Plunderers spend enough time mining (only certain walls can be mined - purple crystal embedded look). They are based on the minion skill 
Summon Chaos Golem.
