Freezing Pulse is a spellskill which launches a dissipating projectile that deals cold damage and pierces all targets. The projectile has an extra chance to freeze which is lost over a short distance.
Fork and Chain: Freezing Pulse projectiles will always pierce, and therefore can never fork or chain.
