When raised as a minion using Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Raise Spectre", functions similar to Litanius, the Black Prayer.
Monster abilities
The aura granted by their Smite skill scales with minion level, and at gem level 25 is roughly equivalent to a level 40 Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Smite".[1]
The Cursed Ground circles individually cause enemies within it to be cursed with 
Enfeeble, 
Temporal Chains, or 
Vulnerability, and ignores curse limits.
