Corpse item

A corpse item (also known as a special corpse or itemised corpse) is a currency item obtainable as a reward from Ritual or from defeating The King in the Mists. Corpse items can be used like currency to create a Spectral Corpse of an exclusive monster. Most corpses are modified versions of various unique monsters and bosses.

Corpse items can have an affix like "Imperfect" or "Perfect", which causes the monster to have fewer or additional abilities and modifiers respectively. Monsters from corpse items will not be added to your "spectre pool"; their corpses cannot be respawned via skills like DesecrateDesecrateSpell, AoE, Duration, Chaos

If you are using the Raise Spectre skill there is a chance to spawn spectral corpses matching your most recently raised Spectres. Additional Effects From 1-20% Quality:
(1-20)% increased Cast SpeedPlace into an item socket of the right colour to gain this skill. Right click to remove from a socket.. Each corpse can only be used once and additional copies must be purchased to have multiple copies as minions. If a spectre raised this way dies in your hideout, it leaves behind a spectral corpse identical to the one it was originally raised from, which can be raised again. This is useful if you need to move your Raise Spectre gem to another piece of equipment.
