Withering Step is a movement skill that applies the Elusive and Phasing buffs on use. Enemies that get near you while you have Elusive receive multiple stacks of the Withered debuff for a duration, causing them to take increased chaos damage. Using any skill ends Withering Step's effects and removes all buffs, except the Withered debuff on enemies.
