First to Strike, Last to Fall is an Ascendancy passive skill for the Champion that causes attacks to apply Intimidate against enemies on full life, causing them to take increased attack damage. Conqueror
Ascendancy Notable Passive Skill
100% chance to Taunt on Hit
10% reduced Damage taken if you've Taunted an Enemy Recently
Enemies Taunted by you deal 20% less Damage with Hits and
Ailments against other targets [1]

Conqueror is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Champion that causes hits to apply Taunt. It also grants damage reduction if you've Taunted an enemy recently and improves the inherent "less damage dealt" effect against targets other than yourself from enemies Taunted by you.

Mechanics

Enemies Taunted by you deal 20% less Damage with Hits and Ailments against other targets is multiplicative with the "10% less Damage dealt" value normally granted by taunt, providing 28% less damage dealt to other targets.

Proxies - Totems and other targetable proxies inherit the 100% chance to Taunt on Hit.

  • Proxies that persist for a duration will also inherit the Enemies Taunted by you deal 20% less Damage effect during the duration of the taunt, allowing the character to benefit from the lessened damage[1] (effectively mitigation), but will not allow the character to benefit from the 10% reduced Damage taken if you've Taunted an Enemy Recently modifier unless the character also taunts directly.

Ruthless mode

Conqueror (Ruthless)
Ascendancy Notable Passive Skill
Enemies in Close Range are Taunted
Enemies Taunted by you deal 20% less Damage with Hits and Ailments against other targets
