Berserker
The Berserker is an Ascendancy class for Marauders.
Overview
The Berserker is an offence-oriented class that revels in the heat of combat, with notables that grant unparalleled power at a downside or requires them to put themselves in danger. The Berserker Ascendancy offers support to damage, life leech, exerted attacks from warcries, strike skills, and Rage. Furthermore, all of his minor passives grant physical damage, bolstering offence.
Berserkers can be built around Rage by improving the bonuses and uptime of Rage from Crave the Slaughter and make Rage effects more powerful at the cost of life degen with Rite of Ruin. Berserkers can also greatly improve the number of exerted attacks received from warcries through War Bringer or echo their previous strike skills with Ancestral Fury. He can also gain a powerful damage boost at the cost of being more vulnerable with Aspect of Carnage. Berserkers have a strong selection of life recovery options, such as Gore Dancer for instant leech, and Defy Pain to survive potentially lethal blows by preemptively recovering a portion of their missing life.
