Buff

Inspirational is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Champion that grants increased aura effect. It also causes Banner skills to not reserve mana, recover 40% of its number of stages when recovering the banner, and provides life recovery to the user and nearby allies when placed, based on the number of stages.

The effects of the aura does not stack with another instance of Inspirational from another nearby party member.
