It seem the card drop pool is somehow weird . It can drop league specific "world drop" as like we know for Time-Lost RelicTime-Lost Relic10League-Specific ItemTime cannot wash away that which cannot be forgotten., but apparently some item are both league-specific and core due to 3.14 change. And then it cannot be explained that it can get Legion unique since it should be monster/boss drop (since the 3.8 patch note it claim it drop from the Legion encounter. i.e. Legion monster or Legion chest, not merely from a map that contain Legion).

Have a quick check in the trade site, the following leagues' item can drop from this card (item absent from trade site can have many reason. 1. RNG that whole server does not generate one item from this card, 2. noone selling it, or 3. it does not drop )
