So any socketed active skill will be subjected to the Cast when Stunned Support and therefore be triggered only when the character is stunned. However, this can be circumvented by using active skills that cannot be triggered and will therefore not be affected by Cast when Stunned Support. This includes Traps, Mines, Totems, Vaal Skills and obviously attack skills. That way a character can benefit from the added chaos damage and blind while still having complete control over the skill.
