3.14.0	Previously, the temple's boss, The Vaal Omnitect, dropped random rare items with special Incursion modifiers on them. Now, it also drops rare items with Incursion modifiers based around the themes of the rooms your temple contains, and has a higher chance to drop Vials related to that room. Having higher tier rooms also causes more rare items to drop. (via datamine) Corruption Chamber and its higher tiers rooms now causes Vial of Sacrifice more chance to drop.
