Rampage

Rampage is a kill streak mechanic that provides rewards for killing increasing numbers of enemies without stopping. The rampage effect is only available for characters equipping certain items.
Mechanics
The rampage counter keeps a running total of consecutive kills, including kills by proxies and minions. When the character or a nearby party member fails to get a kill within five seconds of the previous kill, the rampage counter will reset to zero. When the counter reaches certain milestones, the character enters a new rampage tier and a special, beneficial effect is triggered.
In addition to the tier effects, the character gains the following stats:
- 1% increased Movement Speed per 20 Rampage Stacks
- 2% increased Damage per 20 Rampage Stacks
The maximum rampage count is 1000. Kills after this number is reached will not increase the rampage count any more, but will renew the countdown.
You do not gain Rampage stacks if you have an active Rampage killstreak but no longer have any source of Rampage on your character.

Rampage tiers
There are 13 rampage tiers. The number of kills required per tier remains the same throughout the parts.
