Droolmaw is a unique monster located in The Belly of the Beast (Act 9). There is a 4-way intersection in The Belly of the Beast map. One branch is the direction the player came from, and another branch leads towards the other exit of the map. The third branch will be a quick dead end. The last branch leads to Droolmaw. It spawns in an otherwise empty room.
