Kalandra's Touch does not gain any modifiers from this; it provides the character with stat bonuses that are duplicates of those granted by the other ring.[a] There is no particular benefit to equipping a Kalandra's Touch in both ring slots simultaneously, as neither will grant any stat bonuses.[1]
