For the purposes of the damage bonus, Hidden Potential does not count flasks or jewels, as they are not equipment.

Hidden Potential has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.

Not corrupted Healthy Mind are all legacy items and only be obtained from trading with other players in the permanent leagues. Also, corrupted Hidden Potential that have corruption implicit are also legacy.
